Every detail of the hotel was excellent, all the staff were amiable. We got immaculately clean and beautiful a double room with the hottub as an upgrade, nice gesture. The property had a central location close to the centre, truly enjoyed this place. And it was also just off the waterfront and the old town, the Old Town of Chania and beautiful Chania.

Additionally, the central location made it easy to explore the city.

I recently stayed at the charming Hamam Suites in the old town of Chania. It was a unique and memorable experience sleeping in a traditional building amidst the stunning streets of the old Venetian town. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the picturesque harbor. The owner was amazing, always available to help and provide useful advice. The apartment was beautifully clean, with daily replenishment of bath amenities and fresh towels. We even enjoyed delicious oranges from the owner's garden for our morning juice. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Chania.

De locatie van het hotel was erg centraal en handig voor uitgaan. Het had natuurlijk een mooi balkon en een prachtig dakterras met zwembad. De kamers waren altijd schoon en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gelukkig was de keuken goed uitgerust voor het maken van snacks.

Het hotel had af en toe wat technische problemen, zoals wifi en waterproblemen, wat enige overlast veroorzaakte.
